Ok, so I found a defective RAM a while ago and informed XoticPC about it. By mistake I sent the RAM to XoticPC, not Sager. What's worse, it was shipped before I received an emali regarding how I should send it, which said I need to have RMA number included. Thankfully XoticPC said they would resend it to Sager for $9 shipping cost. I told them I would pay it with a debit card, but I haven't heard from them since, which is about one week ago. I have a feeling they ignored/blocked my emails for some reason, because they always replied within a day when I asked a question. :( What should I do?

Yeah... otherwise he would lose some reputation, huh? :p

Just for curiosity, did you notice a huge decrease in perfomance now that you are running under 2 gb ram?

Barely, since I'm running XP. But it'd still be nice to have that extra 0.75gb back.

akstylish , I have reviewed your email history and show you were sent a email asking you not to send in your defective RAM in until you received the RMA details including the address on where to send it to. I noticed you sent the ram in prior to the RMA details and to the wrong address and we are still waiting for its arrival. Once it is received we will be sure to forward it to Sager immediately for you. :)

I just received and replied to your email. According to the tracking service it was delivered on June 5th, but I guess it was rejected or something. :(
