    Nvidia Preformance Monitor says the gpu clocks are
    400 shader
    100 memory
    200 core


    for both my 9800m GT's

    GPU clocks change dynamically to save power. once you lunch any game, it will kick right up to 500/1250/800

    That seems right, my 9800GT reports the same clocks when im not running a game.
