I was running ATI tool (artifact) and my GPU temp suddenly shot up to 92 degrees on max fan speed, whereas when i just game it goes up to 70.. Also while running the artifact program I noticed it kept saying delta pixels something number out of number but it would not say any errors..

Wow way too high! Is this running the 620/1550/980 vBIOS I gave you? at 1.05v, I've never had my temps jump that high, even at 1.15v. How long have you had the system for and what fan firmware you running? Perhaps is time for a blowout and a reapp of thermal paste?
Either way, those temps are far higher than they should be. If 70C is your max in games, you should be ok. I like running around 65C-70C max. Perhaps its time to try ATITool out again and see if I get the same results. -
Im using the .14 vbios at 600/950/1500 dont know why im getting so tow. I've had the system for 2 weeks now lol

Hmm installed 177.35 with the .18 bios and my Card wont go into 3d or extra mode when i play a game or do something..

Are you OCing?(obviousely a bit too high)... do you keep it raised a bit? Dust?
-
That would be powermizer skrewin ya up.
open regedit, hit f3, search for PerfLevelSrc , and change it from 3333 to 3322.
Or a better idea...
Install 177.41 It doesn't downclock the GPU
Your OC is just fine. You should not be getting as hot as you are, especially at those clocks. Try the new drivers and pop in ATI Tool again and let me know.
