    GTX 260M: Is it a problem in the M860TU?

    In the Clevo guide it is said that the GTX 260M is not recommended for the M860TU (because of possible heat issues). Is this truly the case? I see it as an option offered by resellers when configuring the purchase of a M860TU...

    the m860tu has now been updated to accomodate the 260m graphics card.
    the OEM resellers most probably havnt updated their website.

    260M runs absolutely great in the M860TU. GPU doesn't go above 71 and usually idles at low 40s on mine. You could have asked all these questions about the M860TU in one thread instead of spreading them out into 3.
