alienwares last years line up was a new low... so glad i didnt pay for a m15x... one touch of a m15x and m17x made it clear to me this was not the laptop for ANYONE
alienware will have to do alot to impress me this year...
Like mabye 100% aluminum laptops... not plastic pretending to be macbooks.!! -
Probably a news blackout shortly before actual release - maybe?
-
Well we know all there is to know.. The specs are available from many topics and pre-orders are being taken already, according the Kobalt website. According to it also, it is due for release in mid-June.. So not too long to wait.

I also want to know final pricing and not this speculative pricing going on at various computer boutiques.
So no, we don't know all there is to know about the product. -

Yeah but isn't that a foreign company?
Eurocom has an area where you can configure, but those guys are ridiculous with their pricing.
Don't know any other American or at least North American Clevo/Sager with pricing available for the M980NU.
I'm talking like powernotebooks etc. -

Eurocom upped the shipping date to July 1st now. They did have June 1st a couple of days ago. That fits to what US resellers are hearing. Oh well maybe sometime this summer.

it shows to take speculation with a pinch of salt until it is fact. -
Well for 280m GTX SLI tests.. Just look at reviews of the D900F with 2x 280m GTX's in SLI... Can't be much different.. Specs are somewhat similar.. if not nearly completely similar.. Just a much better looking case and a bigger screen.. And maybe some other performance benefits..
-
The D900F does not have 2x280s so it would be rather hard to compare them
.
Gah...why isn't there more information
