But when Im trying to run DX11 game ( for example civ v) on my laptop I got no video output on my tv through hdmi. Screen goes black.

You may need to change from "extended" to output strictly to your external viewing source. As long as your drivers are working properly, it should display on the TV just fine.

That's odd. When I hook my 150EM to my 22' TV in extended mode I can game and watch a stream on each screen just fine, no extra config needed.

As said above, make sure your drivers are up to date.

I have had this issue before (while playing LoL and BF3) and this is mostly because of the game, it freezes the video but i can still hear audio, this issue fixed itself after a clean driver install, though ymmv. I see you have a 7970m though, so I'm not sure if re-installing the drivers will help, it might even create more headaches.

Since the HDMI output is handled by the iGPU (HD graphics), perhaps OP might not need to re-install the GPU driver. qwertyz666 - try re-installing the driver for your Intel HD graphics: http://downloadcenter.intel.com/SearchResult.aspx?lang=eng&ProductFamily=Graphics&ProductLine=Laptop+graphics+drivers&ProductProduct=2nd+Generation+Intel%C2%AE+Core%E2%84%A2+Processors+with+Intel%C2%AE+HD+Graphics+3000%2f2000

You can also try a chipset driver update, though I find that less likely to solve it.

    Cheers for all answers

It looks like its a problem with kmplayer which I use to watch hd movies on tv screen.
When I started using WMP there was nio problem.
Will test later vlc player because wmp doesn't play all type of video files (mkv etc)

If problem will still be there will try to look at my Intel HD drivers
