    Any one have a spare Geforce Go 7900 or 7950 for a 570U ?

I have a rock XCTX and XCTX pro - both are fully functional although the CTX pro is now stripped down. It has processor, 1900x1200 screen and 2 GB Ram but now neither have a graphics card. I only want one graphics card and willing to trade parts.

    NO

If it is an M570U (NOT RU) then it tops out at the 7950 and is NOT MXM so you have to be very careful that you get compatible gfx cards.
