I thought I would post here because the reseller is pretty well reviewed here, with a lot of member with experience with them. Also because they have employees that frequent this forum.
After a lot of research, I pulled the trigger on ordering a Sager NP8454 and decided to order it from GenTechPC. I considered ordering it direct from Sager or from XOTICPC, but ultimately felt GenTech had the best deal.
I place my order, received an automated confirmation, and my credit card was charged. That was on Monday morning and my order still shows as being processed. Will that update when they start building it?
I've sent an email to their customer service department and haven't received a response. I've also attempted to call numerous times, but it just rings, doesn't have an option menu and doesn't let me leave a voicemail.
Is this a legit company? At what point do I get concerned and call my credit card company and file a claim?

Sager has delayed his build and we are working closely with Sager and customer to get his system asap. We will also upgrade the shipping for free, thank you.
