Well I looked around and I think I am hooked on this notebook, with its great deal, and directx10. I got a couple questions though.

    - How long will it take to ship if I order it say tomorrow?
    - Im a desktop guy, my first notebook and is stuff like the grapics card and ram easily upgradeable later on?
    - How much differnce would there be between the 2.4GHz and the 2.0GHz processor, and the 2GB and the 4GB ram?

Its going to be used for game development, gaming and just mostly compiling code or running programs like 3dsmax and photoshop, and well for media like movies and music to. I'm not to sure on what to upgrade now as I dont want to spend a fortune now, I would rather jus upgrade somethings later, but I might go with the 2.4GHz processor for now and add some ram in later if I could. Thanks, anyways right now i think im going to go with the Sager NP2090 - V Elite from Xotic PC, with maybe the processor upgrade. Comments welcome.

PS would would be faster better processor or more ram, on windows vista ultimate.

you should contact the vendor that you might want to purchase from.

they will be the best qualified to tell you.

or you can wait for the Powernotbooks and/or XoticPC reps in this forum to answer your questions soon.

Yeah, that's the questions the resellers are best to answer.

If you order it tomorrow, it might be a while before you get it. 2+ weeks definitly, esspecially when you take in transit time for shipping.

You can't upgrade the video card but the ram is very easy. I think I might even have to say easier than desktop ram, imo only.

GlueEater is right, you won't be able to upgrade the video card.

The current thinking on processor and ram is that 3 meg is enough if you run a 32-bit OS. The most a 32-bit OS can use is 3.2 meg so paying for 4 gig at this time is over kill. I went with 1-2gig stick so I have a free slot to upgrade later if I chose.

The 2.4ghz processor is pricey. I upgraded to the 2.2ghz processor but when I did, the price was $50 more than the 2.0ghz. In my opinion The 2.4 isn't worth it.
