    you can put what ever you want when designing a mobo. They could put a PCI slot on the laptop if they wanted to .....

    Lol. someone came up to me and said that when they buy there apple. it's gonna smoke my whitebook.(they were getting a 1,000 dollar one against my qx9300 and 3870 crossfire.) i just laughed and waited for them to get it. but they didn't. :(

    You have yet to experience the garbage I have to put up with everyday here at SFSU. Every classroom I go in it's Mac Mac Mac Mac Mac with every single user thumbing their nose at me gloating about their Macbooks and how much better it is compared to PC's when they can barely code a single line in C++, and then ramble off about their useless art degrees, and how fun it is drinking at Starbucks, and how they support the repeal on Proposition 8. I won't go further than that as I do not wish to give Gophn a hard time and play forum janitor when he gets back with the system he will be testing, which is the main reason we are all eagerly waiting in this thread. But I guess we have nothing else to do in the meantime but talk about stupid things like this, haha.

    The Apple users here on NBR are just fine; atleast they know what they're doing and they're humble about it, and I have a lot of respect for that. However, my point is that the Macheads around where I live are the epitome of self-righteousness in the Apple community. They are the ones that are giving real Apple users a bad name.

    Ugh, know exactly what you mean. I know plenty of guys who blow of Vista/XP because of the bad rep bandwgon, and they mainly tend to be OSX users who have never even tried it out:

    "Vista's a pile of S**t, it always second questions your every move you do"
    "Annoying I know, but it's quite easy to turn those functions off, you know wanna try this version with the safety's off?"
