Nothing really different from the others reviewed....here's my specs:

    Q6600
    4gb Ram
    8800GTX
    200gig primary hd, 100gig secondary
    Hi res display
    XP Pro

    3dmark 06, first run: 10300

Everything worked great from the start with the exception of one thing... normal windows operation was SLOW. It felt like it only had 512mb of ram and a 4200 rpm hd....
Installation of the multi-core hotfix as listed in the sticky above did the trick though, and now everything is great, and other than the ugly led's at the base of the lcd display, and no external volume control, I have no complaints.

The display is bright with great viewing angles, has no dead pixels and is far better than the one I had on my Toshiba X205-S9359. I just had to set the dpi to 120 so I could see everything(guess I'm getting old).

The speakers are good, don't sound as good as the Toshiba's, but seemed to give me more of a surround effect. The Toshiba's subwoofer kind of gives you the sense of hearing mono, all sound coming from the center of the laptop, instead of hearing the distinct left and right channels... I'm picky though, I had an Asus G1 before...and I've heard better cell phone speakers than that G1.

I got this with only 2gb of ram. I bought 4gb for $89 from Newegg to replace it with(and I'll throw the 2gb into my HP). Only thing weird about adding the ram was having to remove the ram cooling fan, which you don't normally see on a laptop, but only a couple extra screws, no big deal.

I tried a bunch of different nvidia drivers, ended up with 167.46's, they seemed to give the best performance/compatibility for me. Still same 3dmark score with these as the 167.40's which came preinstalled. I thought the 169.28's were good, but had some major problems with resolution changes where the screen would just lock up.

I ordered directly from Sager, and it took one week for them to ship after ordering.

All of my games run great! Overall I'm happy and will keep this for a while.

Better yet, time to upgrade the mustang so, pound-for-pound, it has the same horsepower as the 9262 (pardon the pun :D ).

Lol, and I just got into the 11's with the stang.... the extra weight of the 9262 would put me back into the 12's! I could fire up COD4 and defrost my windshield with it though.
