So my laptop just return from an 1 month RMA where the gpu was repaired and I'm here hoping the quest is over now... I need some advice if you guys please.

I have this strange graphics corruption while playing movies or games, the laptop screen seems choppy, and the frames will be err chopped for some "ms", like if feels that for a little bit the top and half image are different or they were cut in half or something like that, it happens only during movements. It also seems to happen even if the dgpu is NOT engaged. Another interesting detail is that there seems to be no corruption while connected via HDMI to an external TV.

Can this be a driver problem? Mb intel video driver?

    btw the laptop is:
    p170em
    3630qm
    7970m

Your description seems to match "screen tearing". Please attempt to run the game with V-Sync on and check if you still see two different images at the same time (as if chopped somewhere horizontally).

By corruption do you mean artifacts? Like blocks or shapes of colors that shouldn't be there?

I agree, sounds like screen tearing.

My machine sucks with screen tearing if I use the one on the laptop, but I use an external monitor to game. 144Hz and no more screen rip :) or just use V-Sync
