    There are duties and taxes to Singapore. However, if you can pick up at Johor Bahru, Malaysia, we won't charge you tax on that.

    Hi illegear, im staying in Singapore and im keen on getting a Sagar NP8170 from you as well. but yet avoiding the singapore 7% tax. :D

    could you advice me on how to do that? Ive made up my mind with my laptop and its customize parts, just waiting for this and i could go ahead with the order.

    Also, i tried and the christmas voucher code still works. so Im hoping to use it before you take it off.

    wow Illegear, your prices are complete ripoff, why is it that your price is around $400 dollar higher than US companies like xotic or prostar? i customized a 150em to everything stock but with 7970m, the price is $1850 USD while on xotic of prostar, its only around 1450. so isnt it cheaper to ship it from US than buying from illegear?

    Just to make sure: Did you take into account shipping, duties, taxes, exchange rates, possible bank wire rates? Make sure you're comparing apples to apples here.

    yes, shipping for pro star is $55 and it includes brokerage. Also i believe there is also taxes in malaysia/singapore?

    You want rip off, try the UK :p We often pay 1$ = £1 so around a 55% hike ;)

    You have to take into account import taxes and fees before you can make a fair comparison.
