    Just saw this at tomshardware http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews...k-overclocking-performance-review,4836-2.html.

    Does the 7700K seriously run 35c hotter than the 6700k or am I misunderstanding something? That' can't be real. Since my P775DM3 barely handles a stock 6700k a 7700k would be completely out of the question. Seems the 7700k is just and overlocked 6700k that runs just as hot if not hotter than an overclocked 6700k.

    Get a Silicon Lottery delidded 6700K, that would run cooler and overclock just as good if not higher
