I got a new 32" LCD TV and connected the 9262 to it through a DVI port /no sound from TV even if i use the port assigned for analog when using an HDMI...something with nvidia drivers i think, sends a false signal through DVI, really tried for 3 days and no fix for it......
Anyways my friend got a Qosmio with a 9700 GTS and its got an HDMI port, and I was wondering how come??
My laptop is much faster, i know from the loadup times and the resolution and speed I can open, but is there any reason why the high end sager doesnt have an HDMI port??
Anyone knows?

dont quote me on this, but dvi should not give you sound if im correct. get an output cable that supplies sound and a dvi to hdmi converter, thats what i did and it works perfectly with my 9262 =)

thanks guys, ive connected to an external stero using the creative usb sound card, like i said before i spent 3 days troubleshooting this and downloading stuff...its not worth it..
I just wanted to know why the High end model has no HDMI while a laptop with 9700 has one?? Does having the cards SLI makes a difference,...just for my info -
The 9262 (clevo D900C) was released before HDMI was mainstream, the new high end clevo D900F (sager 9280) does have hdmi.
HDMI for 9262
