I was able to install and boot 10.8.2 on my NP9370 (until I messed up my triple boot and had to reinstall Windows 8).

You should download Hackboot and use that to boot your installation media. I tried all the others (iBoot, Chameleon, Chimera, etc...) to no avail.

You might need to experiment with some boot commands to get it to boot the first few times (GraphicsEnabler=No PCIRootUID=0 or PCIRootUID=1; -x -v -f -F -s).

I believe all NP9370 models ship with the Realtek ALC892. I had sound working temporarily, but it went out again after.

The touchpad was also bizarre at first-- I couldn't click or tap to click. I use OS X keyboard navigation to get into System Preferences and enable tap to click/drag.

From there, I used Multibeast to install a few kexts... mainly trial and error. Everytime I'd mess it up, I'd have to boot in safe mode and delete the wrong kexts.

I've got the 7970 and was not yet able to get graphics acceleration working. I'm not sure if there's a way to enable the integrated graphics alone in OS X. You shouldn't have as much trouble with the 680m as there are several tutorials to get it working. I also didn't have time to attempt (and probably fail) to get my 6300 wireless card working, but ethernet worked with one of the Multibeast kexts.

It would be awesome to get OS X running great on this beast. I'm excited to see how far you get, so please share back.

Hi, I tried MacOSX Mountain Lion 10.8.2 on P370EM and it's working perfectly ! I recomend to use ATKOS ML2 (Mac OS X Mountain Lion 10.8.2), contains a lot of drivers / kext scripts compatible with Clevo components.
NVIDIA 670MX and 680M works with full performance, backlit keyboard works, FN keys , speakers + subwoofer, camera, usb 3.0 ports,
One problem I had with WiFi, but I resolved it replacing another WiFi module (on Atheros). ML works stable, works very fast on my SSD.
Right now my P370EM is 2 in 1 full workstation with W7 and MacOSX on deck :]

Thanks, appreciate that info! Is there any specific driver or kext you used to get sound working, or was it bundled with the iATKOS install?

Hello! Is there any way you could help me? I have this laptop with two 670m sli. I can't get onto installation by doing anything (except haven't tried hack boot or my hack). I have tried iatkos ml2 and niresh and it always freezes up before getting to installer. I have read everywhere and can't find anything. I have tried the following typical boot commands -s -f -x pcirootuid=0 graphicsenabler=no CPUs=1 without knowing what some of them even mean, no dice at all. Always reboots before getting to installer. Any advice would be deeply appreciated. If the solution involves removing kexts, could you please write the steps? THANK YOU!

Is there a way that you could possibly help me with my install. I mean I know how to install things as I've already done 3 major Hackintosh projects. I just need a bit of help with this one (since it's my first laptop install). Is there anything that I need to be aware of? Thanks...
