    i was wondering is it a must that the HD that will have Vista on it be in the primary slot and have the C inital? as i was thinking to save time and money that i could just get my new HD put int othe third slot and have vista reinstalled into that HD with a different inital, maybe W,what do you guys think ? i am having touble reading .PDF files at the moment so could someone please tell me what is required to add a HD to the third slot?

    If you are reffering to the slot above the battery, you are going to need a frame to hold it, otherwise is going to slip out every time you move the laptop.
