Would it be worth upgrading my HD? (in sig)

my WEI score is 5.4 for it (all my other components are over 6)

Is it easy to install a new HD?

Which one should I get that is fast and cool. 320gigs.
Is this one good? Is it compatible w/ my system?

I have the WD3200BJKT - same drive as linked, but with free fall sensor, and I am very happy with it, it gives a 5.8 in WEI (in win 7)

    it is compatible

any 2.5" sata drive (that doesn't specifically say that it's 12.5 or 15mm) is compatible
