nope, had to swap a damaged videocard module, which was quick.
but the system is about 2.5 years and running strong. -
i had to send my 2092 in after ~30 days because of a bad motherboard. 8 days turnaround and that was with shipping 3 days both ways.

Well i have not sent in anything for repairs but i sent in my 5793 to be returned and they processed the RMA in 1 day which is pretty damn fast compared to other companies.

I called then at 9:xx in morning and they talked about drivers and I told them I was not an avg user and he sent me a label about 15 mins later for shipping.That's fast.And they pick up the phone fast too.

My Pro Star laptop about 2 times.
One was Motherboard/secondary hard drive.
A month before the warrintee went out my dvd drive went out and they sent me a new dvdrw drive.
I ask for No OS for I was installing my own from my Desktop computer. -

It was a guy(Sager support) and sounded chinese.His email contained a wang or smthng similar if my memory serves me well.
