Having question about delivery to XoticPC

The first thing i want to ask is for an apologise. I am from russia and my english is not very good.
Let me start from afar. As i have mentioned i live in russia. That means that taxes of incoming stuff are pretty high. If the package is more than 1000 euros (about 1230 us dollars) than customs will add 30% taxes to what is more than that sum. That means, that if the notebook costs 1805 dollars, delivery is 423 dollars (total of 2228 dollars) customs will do this: 1805 - 1230 = 575 (575 dollars more than accepted without taxes) and will add 30% to 575 = 172.5 dollars. They will also requier to pay for their customs service, which might be about 50 dollars. So the total sum will be 1805 + 423 + 172.5 + 50 = something about 2450.5 dollars. Because i live in russia and we always have many problems with customs overall price will be about 2500 dollars. So that means that delivery and everything costs about 700 dollars (if not more because customs may count not 1805 for notebook only but the price with delivery 2228). I have chosen XoticPC through all other resselers because they have one of the best customers support i have seen so far (special thanks to Roland!) and some exclusive options that only they have. But no one yet has answered me exactly how everything will be delivered and payed. I cannot contact Russian UPS service for some reason... Currently i am looking for an option to get the notebook with people i know in america. But that might not end well because i am not sure if these people will unpackage delivery right and i don't even know when i will be able to meet them.
