First of all, your title is misleading and that likely scares off buyers. Second, be realistic. The $1500 starting price was never gonna sell, why? because the equivalent P170EM with GTX675M(same as 580M) was less than $1500 BRAND NEW. Here's a pro tip, DO NOT put a starting bid of high $$$, it guarantees 0 bid and zero sale. If you are really afraid of low final value, just use Best Offer. Please do some research on the actual market value of your laptop, no one is going to pay more than what it's actually worth (doesn't matter if you think the price is good). That said, I'd change your title to Sager NP8170/Clevo P170HM then list the computer here. You can offer people options, like make the 300GB SSD optional or offer less ram. Good luck.

OP, i'll give you $23,647.99 for your like hp alienware xps lenovo compaq vaio qosmio gateway panasonic msi dell asus samsung clevo sony toshiba razer blade emachine acer fujitsu NP8170--but only if it's as mint and as excellent and as high end and the display is as super clear and ultra bright as your ad says. but seriously, erase all the adjectives from your listing and keep all the nouns. and of course name a legitimate asking price (or no price at all), as godlyatheist so astutely points out.

I do agree the price is too high for the age of the computer. It is two generations old which for computers is quite a bit. As godlyatheist mentioned for the price you're looking at the current generations arent too much more. You may be better off parting it out and selling it that way.
