    Hey community!

My np9170 is kind of acting up and I'm not sure how to fix it. The problem is that downloading from Steam will lock up the program after a minute or so, and connecting to games such as League of Legends requires a reconnect, again after a minute or so. When you shell out this kind of money for a laptop, I was hoping for at least smooth connections and I can't figure out why this is happening.

I have the same problem on whichever network I'm on and others don't suffer the problem on said networks, which leads me to believe it's a problem with the laptop. I also installed the latest update for the Intel 6300 Wireless that came with the laptop. I have not tried a hardwired connection yet.

If anyone has any experience that can help me, I would really appreciate it.
