Hi at all, i have buy from the Eurocom site the gtx 680m for my Clevo X8100.
It works very good but i have a problem: the hdmi "out" and "in" of my notebook not work!
I have update driver from the Eurocom site but the problem is the same; when i was the old 285m sli gtx, "in" and "out" hdmi worked correctly.

    VBios 80.04.29.00.01
    Bios 1.00.14
    KBC/EC 1.00.08

I contact Eurocom Support for 3 times but i not had any response from them.

    Support Requests:
#37448: Just a question on which version of VBIOS had. I wrote them, but after I have responded more.
    #37452: No answer
    #37498: No answer

However, regardless of Eurocom hand is not serious, i ask you if someone can give me a hand.

Thanks to anyone can help me.

    Regards.
    Simone.

Not working = no picture/signal? Distorted image? Have you tested with more than one cable? And what monitor/TV are you trying to connect? Sorry to hear Eurocom has not replied to you. :(

Due to hardware ID checking and HDMI content protection in may not work ever.

HDCP is a drag and is seldom encountered, but yes, that's certainly a possibility too.

Unfortunately it's quite common for mxm upgrades.

There's no way to make it work? Changing the VBIOS?

Not as far as I am aware, you can look up HDCP protection and how it exactly works if you want to try and figure something out.

This may seem a little daunting, but there is useful info there on HDCP if you'd like to look it over.

I do not think it's a problem hdcp !!! yesterday for the first time I tested the output dvi that has my notebook connecting to samsung led tv with a dvi-hdmi cable. The image is seen perfectly without making any changes to the system or tv !!!In the nvidia control panel appeared as a new row in the "HDCP compatibility"; clicking them have the photo of my GPU and tv where I said, "your GPU is HDCP compatible to the standard with this TV"
Now, if the problem is not HDCP, what could be ???
