    Hi everyone,

    So yesterday I received my NP8130 and I have a problem with this headphone jack... if I connect my headphones and play music, it doesn't play from my headphones but through the laptop speakers... I tested out with other headphones but still.. same effect.

    So anyone knows what is going on?

    EDIT: Ok, I think the headphone jack is bad. I plugged it in, then I unplugged it... done it multiple times.. then it connected. then if I unplug it and plug it back in, it doesn't detect it. Sigh... and I just got this yesterday and I'm already seeing a faulty device. =.=;;;

    It probably is not your situation, but I have to ask (because people have done stupider things) are you sure it is in the headphone and not the mic jack? It should be the one closest to you on the right side of the machine.
