    Can anyone point me to a guide or video of replacing the hard drive in a Sager np8662? I would like to put an ssd in it. Googled but didn't see anything. Thanks

    Its soo easy. Just open the backpanel. Unscrew the HDD panel. Take the connector adapter from the old HDD and put it on your new one and reverse the process.

    The panel with the fan slot? Sorry if dumb question, just appears to sort of be segments over the panel and battery slot, etc. Only want to remove what I have to. Thanks

    Yes, the panel that contains the air intake to the fan. Very big panel.
