I purchased a Sager np8255-S, it has a gtx 780m card and I get alot of screen tearing. Currently using the 320.49 driver. There is no option for adaptive vsync in the nvidia control panel and when I play with vsync on I get mouse lag it seems. I'm so new to pc gaming and would like some help to better my gaming experience. Thanks so much.

Hi and welcome :) Nvidia scrapped adaptive vsync due to big issues. Try enabling triple buffering but part of the penalty of vsync is input lag which is why nvidia is introducing g-sync monitors.
