I purchased a Sager np8255-S, it has a gtx 780m card and I get alot of screen tearing. Currently using the 320.49 driver. There is no option for adaptive vsync in the nvidia control panel and when I play with vsync on I get mouse lag it seems. I'm so new to pc gaming and would like some help to better my gaming experience. Thanks so much.

Hi and welcome
Nvidia scrapped adaptive vsync due to big issues. Try enabling triple buffering but part of the penalty of vsync is input lag which is why nvidia is introducing g-sync monitors.
