    Help the newb CLEVO owner :) Can't get the laptop to turn on with just AC adapter?

    Hey guys! Just purchased P157SM-A model used, but haven't received the battery yet. I installed a new CPU and can't get the laptop to turn on for the first time while just plugged into the AC adapter. The light turns on that shows its plugged in then blinks green twice but nothing happens. Think i Just need the battery installed? is there another "button" then power to hold down, lol? THANKS!

    remove mains and press and hold the power button for 20 seconds then plug in and try again.
    could be a number of things.
    where did you buy the new cpu.

    Bought from someone on craigslist. I was skeptical too so I got a photo of his drivers license and all conversations are documented by text. I've been in contact with him sense my purchase. I purchased with only cpu (bought used cpu from Ebay dealer with high rep) missing but he forgot the battery and has it en-route to my house via UPS. The 20 sec power button hold while unplugged did nothing. I'm nervous now.

    The title says it all. I forgot to lock the cpu.... Thanks for your help Mr. DJ. I greatly appreciated any advice. I'm up and running now :)
