I currently have a D901C with a single 9800 GTX graphics card without a TV tuner but i am trying to make my laptop display through my TV instead of the monitor. I have a Svideo Cable connecting both my laptop and TV but for some reason i cant seem to get it to work. With my Desktop its very easy just plug and go but for some reason i cant seem to wrap my head around this.
Is it because i do not have a TV tuner installed in my notebook, also if this is the problem is their anything i can pick up at lets say Best Buy or Comp USA to make this happen.

    Thanks,
    Craig

Your problem is that you have a graphics card that does not exist.

Check your display settings and your nVidia settings.

    LOL. :D

First of all, connecting to a TV is very easy... but using S-Video is very ugly... since it can only support 480i.

Second the correct port to use is the one on the left side (not the back, which is a S-Video input if you have a TV Tuner).

After you have connected the S-Video correctly, go into your Nvidia Control Panel, and go under Display Modes, and set what you want (DualView, Clone View, etc...)
