I was happily using my computer, then one morning it froze, after I restarted it, the computer stopped detecting the Hard Drive, so It asked me to insert a boot drive, it doesn't show up in the BIOS anymore, restoration software or windows installation.
I installed an old hard drive I had and it works normally, so I know is not an issue with the motherboard.
This is a SSD Crucial M4 256 GB, I bought this computer last October so is not even 6 months old yet,
I did the power cycle thing as suggested by Crucial, (power cable only, 30 min, etc), then I put it back in the laptop and now it just freezes on the boot screen, won't even let me get to the bios setup.
(the computer works normally with a different harddrive)
any suggestions on SSD revival? or is it dead?

I don't think that your SSD is dead yet . I think there is a conflict between your motherboard and ssd . I suggest you upgrade your firmware to latest one. They just released a new firmware lately .
go to crucial website and download the firmware, it resolves many issues . A note : before that , I ask you if you have a spare laptop or desktop , so that you can connect ssd and updated it. Also , if your ssd was detected by other pc, then this means that your ssd is working -
Thanks, I'll try the firmware update,
Yeah, the SSD was detected by the other computer.
That's good news.
