I dropped my precious laptop and cracked the screen. I have:
15.6" FHD 16:9 "Matte Type" Super Clear Ultra Bright LED Anti-Glare Sager Screen w/ 95% NTSC Color Gamut (1920x1080)

I think it's made by Lenovo. Does anyone know the model number and a good place to buy a replacement?

Call your reseller, they can usually offer you a discounted price. And it's made by AOU, Lenovo does not manufacture any LCDs. Only a few companies make LCDs, most of em are by Samsung, LG, AOU, Chi-Mei, Hannstar.

Sagers are primarily going to be AUO from them directly. The only screens that won't be are the 72% gamut options and those will be Chi-Mei about 50% of the time. Definitely do call the reseller though as hulawafu77 said.
