While trying to do an upgrade on windows on my NP9170, the display driver stopped working, and nothing shows up on the screen. The problem is windows boot manager will NOT allow a USB drive to boot, this stop me from doing a clean reinstall. I do not have DVD copy of windows to boot. How can I force the PC to boot from the USB. My Sager is basically a brick now unless this can be fixed.

Was able to fix my problem.

I couldn't finish the windows installation, because the display drivers wasn't working, but I realized if I keep hitting enter, it would eventually get its way trough, and it did.

With that I was able to boot into safe mode, disable the 7970m, boot into standard mode, reinstall the display driver, and everything seems to work from there.
