    hello,
i'm following this forum to get new info about this notebook and i hope yuo help me with my problem.
    i have a santech n77 (clevo P15xEMx) with:
    - i7 3840QM @2.80
    - GTX 680M

i use this laptop for cad and 3D and i'm monitorig temp to see what happend. when i use normally the notebook the temp are about 40° - 50° for CPU and 38° 45° for GPU (sometimes arrived at 26°) but when i use 3d application, like rhinoceros for example, and i start a render with gpu support, the gpu temp still about 43°-45° (sometimes also 50°) but CPU arrive untill 99°. this happened also when i try do do some test with cpu-z and others. i tried also a game, dirt 3 and gpu comes to 60° 65° and cpu i don't remember but not high. I don't think this is normal but dangerous for the cpu. i always keep it clean and a little bit rised up to get more airflow.
so what can i do to keep lower temperature? anyone have the same temp?

I apologize for the English and thank all those would answer me.
    Thank you

Sounds like you may need to repaste your thermal compound on the CPU. Those are definitely not good temps for that especially if you are keeping the system clean.

CAD programs will always be very stressful so keeping your cooler clean and using high quality thermal compound is a must.

If you need to reapply the thermal compound, go for something high grade, such as IC Diamond or Gelid GC-Extreme. CAD is indeed demanding!
