BatteryBar says I have a 63,360 mWh battery. Is there a higher capacity battery available anywhere, or is that about it?

    Thanks.

I don't think there's a higher capacity battery than the 8cell it comes with.

    Edit: typo

Your battery is 8cell not 9cell.
The design capacity of these battery is 65120 mWh (65.12 Wh) so yours has 97% of the original capacity which is normal with time and using. A battery with > 90% of its design capacity is considered to be in very good state

Right, I understand that, but was looking to see if there was a higher capacity battery to give me a little more battery life? I "upgraded" to a Q9200 from a P9700 now kind of regret the decision. I like the power of the Q9200 but it definitely compromises battery life by a good 20-30 minutes. Right now I can get just under two hours with light web browsing. Not a huge deal, just looking into options.

Does anyone know if it is possible to mod an optical drive caddy to hold additional battery cells?
