Hmm, what have we here? (Just teasing a little)

More details to come in a few hours. I'll probably make two threads, one technical here, another about the actual purchase in the Reseller Review one.

Maybe that it's showing the 7970 as the GPU instead of the HD4000? I don't know what's normal.

Eurocom, actually. I'm still wrestling with the Windows 7 x64 installation, setup is complaining about missing drivers and trying feeding it the ones on the Clevo CD don't satisfy it for some reason. It might have to do with my multi-boot USB key I've been using so far, just finished burning a DVD that I'll try shortly.

Edit: Turns out that it WAS the USB key. All part of the fun I guess.

How much did it cost? P151 + 7970m might be a good budget alternative for people who don't need a backlit keyboard.

Very quick update: everything seems to work so far. Love the screen, the build quality, as well as the chicklet keyboard.

Instead of having to constantly switch between computers for the next little while until I'm done transferring my stuff over, I've decided this time around to make a VHD image out of my old system. I can attach it, I'm already able to boot into it, and once I'll be further along moving my stuff I'll shrink the partition under the 127GB limit for Virtual PC. On the SSD I've installed Windows 7 x64, Pale Moon 64-bits (imported my Firefox profile) and most of the drivers (the P151EM CD is missing the AMD ones, so I had to download them elsewhere and haven't installed them as of typing this).

Given my schedule for the upcoming week configuring this system risks being a rather drawn out affair. I've taken a few pictures of the system that I'll upload along with more details soon-ish.

    Hey Guys,

Please note we can do this also as a special request, we just can't advertise it, else Clevo sends the dogs on us. However, yea we can do a P151 with ANY GPU you want in it, just might have to get a 180W brick also.

It's kinda what I figured, and in my case, the only way I managed to get a French Canadian keyboard (which'll be a story of its own in the reseller review I intend to write).

Did a run of Kombustor earlier, I'd say the temps look OK. I'm not sure but I think my fans didn't even hit max speed. Room temp was 21°C.
    Stock drivers, stock clocks.
(The slight dip is due to me hitting space, toggling the torus)
