Ok, First time posting here hope to have positive results.

I've purchased a Sager NP9150 Laptop from XOTIC PC everything has been working fine.

But when I want to clear my Event Logs and Event Viewer (It keeps track of everything that you do on your computer.) It for some reason, disabled the HotKey software.
The Laptop icon has a red "x" or "stop" symbol (circle with one line going diagonally) Is there anyway that I can disable Event Viewer without disabling HotKey?

Event Viewer can be found using the search button in Windows 7.

EDIT : Also, I've read somewhere that HotKey actually uses Event Viewer to write data to it when PowerBiosServer starts up (Not sure about this.)

Why exactly are you clearing your event viewer logs or want to disable event viewer? It's not a very system-heavy process, at least not for an NP9150. If I were yo,u I'd system restore to before you disabled it and update Hotkey to the most recent driver you can find on sager's website. The Event Viewer is very helpful in pinning down problems you could experience later on.

Yea event viewer is required for hotkey to work, there are messages that are posted back and forth to make it work, without events hotkey will do nothing.
