    I requested a replacement for the chassis because I guess it was broken during RMA. But it's not in the service manual how to remove this. It feels like it's nailed in. How do I take this out?

    Nvm, I called GentechPC and they helped me out. Thanks Ken! If anyone else is wondering though you just use a blow dryer or some kind of heat blower. It's just stuck on the chassis with adhesive.
