Hello I'm a bit of a newbie round here if it's okay to post here i was going to ask I'm thinking of buying a XMG laptop from mysn.co.uk but the only thing i'm not sure about is as i have never ordered a laptop from mysn or any sort of custom laptop. Because i would be spending quite a lot of money how are mysn uk for afterservice and repairs? thanks![]()

From working in the UK office I can honestly say that customer service, pre and post sales, is the most important thing to us. We are very proud of our 4.9 / 5.0 Trusted Shops rating and often receive comments regarding the little extra distance we go to help make our customer's lives easier!
From an RMA point of view, we have a standard 24 month full warranty which includes shipping costs within Europe, parts, labour and of course email, Live Chat and phone support. We can arrange shipping through a DHL return label which lets you drop the laptop of at a Post Office, we can book a collection from your work or home address and sometimes if we can troubleshoot a problem remotely we can send parts out to you, so you aren't left without your laptop unless it is absolutely necessary.
All RMA cases are diagnosed within 48 hours of receipt and unless a part is out of stock they are generally completed in 1-3 days (excluding shipping). got my machine from XMG with a 4yr warranty, so ill have peace of mind for a long time to come

3 years warranty for me (4 wasnt availabled when they first opened in the uk)
only ever issue ive had was high temperatures in the first year. instead of sending it back in they suggested i bring it along to the gadget show in birmingham and they checked all the diagnostics and repasted it for me there. also met the rest of the team from germany and i can honestly say they are a great bunch of guys.
so no other issues in 3+ years.
i always advise on the extended warranty on here as its worth its wheight in gold.
and i know exactly where i will be buying my new laptop from. but if its anything like my previous clevo thats coming upto 8 years old and still going strong and used every day for brousing and emails.SomethingIsReturning and jaybee83 like this. -
