    Hi,

As per my signature I have a Clevo M570TU. I recently got a Bluetooth mouse which is great however I would like Bluetooth to be on by default if possible.

Currently I need to enable Bluetooth using FN-F12 at the login screen or after I have logged on to enable Bluetooth.

Is there any way I can set this up so Bluetooth (and therefore my mouse works without having to go FN-F12) is always "on" by default?

I've had a look through the BIOS and can't see anything in there.

Is there tickbox somewhere I can tick to say "Bluetooth Radio Always On" or something to that effect?

    Appreciate your time

This really blows. The same issue is on the M980NU/NP9850 as well.
Drives me up the wall that I have to turn it on after everything is loaded.
I've looked but it seems to be a hardware thing as when you trace your system and then turn it on no software or program is activated. Also I haven't found any software that can mimic the FN+F12 key press.

It turned on automatically on my Sager NP9262 before I needed to flash/upgrade my BIOS to a newer version for an incoming CPU upgrade (I wanted to ensure proper CPU recognition and stability). Now with the newer BIOS, it won't turn on automatically anymore. It doesn't particularly bother me, but the luxury of it automatically being there is now lost. Ah well.

my NP9262 bluetooth doesn't turn on automatically either. Pretty annoying to have to FN+F12 every morning when I get to work to use my keyboard. But, only a 2 second inconvenience for me.

If Clevo will they can leave BT enabled in BIOS, the earlier BIOS of M570RU/D900C is BT default enabled, but with later BIOS it´s turned down.....

If you yell at your notebook enough, the bluetooth will eventually stay on everytime you boot.

Why it's not an option in the BIOS on ALL Clevo machines is beyond me.

Is there a suggestion box somewhere this could be suggested to Clevo?

Some kind of start up script that sends "fn+F12" combo?

What bluetooth stack are you using? I use the toshiba stack on my Asus G1 and It is loaded as a service on boot up. It has radio button on/off control. Just a thought, but maybe something like that would help you.
