I tried contacting them via e-mail, but there's no reply.

Phone is not an option as I can't afford to make international calls.

If Neil sees this I hope he can reply to the mail I sent them regarding my missing parts.

Have you tried the "order queries" section of their forums? I posted there recently and got the answer next working day.

    Okay I'll try that.

    Thanks.

EDIT: I need to register to access it. Great, this is starting to get on my nerves. I've waited 1 year and still haven't got all the parts.

Neil replied in the other thread which looks like it has been deleted?
he asked could you pm him on their forum as he is on their more than on here.

you need to register for the forum to post in the order queries thread.a user name and password doesnt take long especially as your emails dont seem to be getting through and as you cant use the phone due to distance.

    Hi Cookie

As MrDJ mentioned, my reply to your post on the other thread suggested that there was obviously a problem with the emails and asked you to contact us directly through our forum. The nbr forum is not the correct line of communication for your enquiry. As I understand it you aren't waiting for anything that you have paid for however if you contact our sales team directly through our company forum they will be able to assist you.

I believe the other thread was deleted because this is a personal matter between you and Kobalt, not necessarily a public matter.
I would suspect this thread will be deleted for the same reason, although I don't see how your question wasn't answered in the first thread.

Actually I am waiting for something I have paid for.
    I originally ordered:
    - Np5797 motherboard
    - New CPU fan
    - New keyboard
    - Part n21
    - CPU heatsink

I payed £215 for the parts, but never got the keyboard and part n21. Thus I asked them to send me a GPU fan + CPU heatsink screw in place of the parts I didn't get, and refund me the remaining money.

This transaction happened with you (Neil) via e-mail, and now you're referring me to the forums? Can't you just ask them to ship said parts and be done with it?

    Hi Cookie

As I explained to you I lost a lot of last years emails due to server corruption and so don't have a record of the conversations. The last email I had is from the 31st January 2010. I need you to contact sales directly so that they can look into the original transaction, work out the remaining balance and so on.

Please either send an email to [email protected] with a delivery and read receipt or join our forum and post a comment on the Order Queries page. We need to deal with this directly, part of the confusion is because half the information is on lost emails and the other half is in pm's.

I already warned you once - as Neil noted, NBR is not the proper communication channel for this. Take it to Kobalt's forums or email. Thank you.
