I ordered the p150hm from Malibal with a bay caddy "upgrade" that replaced my optical drive. It wasn't really worth it, more so when it arrived, as there was and still is sticky residue on the bezel thing that's supposed to be flush with the laptop. Minor annoyance.
Anyway, I need to salvage some old things from my old notebook hard drive and I am not sure how to take the drive out? My old one used to just to tug out easily with this pop out tab it had. This doesn't seem to pull out easily nor can I find any screws located just for it.

It's held in with one screw. The screw is located in the primary HDD bay, just to the optical drive side. Unscrew the cover to that bay and it should be pretty obvious off to the side. Once that screw is out, the optical drive/caddy should just slide free.
Also, if you want to get the residue off, try goof off. That stuff is invaluable in the shop and can clean off sticky residues without any trouble. (I use it to remove the sticky residue from parking permits on my car windows). -
Yeah, I just found the manual and did it. Thanks for the repl though.
About the sticky residue, it's just a principle kind of thing. I paid for the caddy so it would look aesthetically pleasing with the laptop, since the one that you guys provide was advertised that it would be flush with the bezel, which is obviously an aesthetic thing. Otherwise, I would have just done it myself... and tbh it bothers me a little bit that there is the button there that does nothing. Would rather have it just completely black bezel.
How do you remove the optical bay caddy on clevo P150HM?
