So the laptop I purchased in May won't boot. I have left a message with Tech support who is not open until tomorrow.
Any experiences?

If you bought direct from Sager, contact them directly. If you bought from a reseller, best to contact them as well, since they may have more pull and able to help you out. Overall the turnaround time is usually pretty prompt, depending on the issue. But usually only 1-3 days at their depot plus shipping time.
As long as there's no apparent abuse, they're usually good about repairing/fixing/replacing under warranty time frame without hassle. -

I have put in a request with tech support. no abuse, just quit booting windows. Tried to refresh windows, stops at 10% and never finishes, tried to install from usb, copies files, and stops at loading drivers. Hard disk has errors, i suspect SSD drive has problems. -

Hopefully they might be able to troubleshoot it with you, but yes, usually they are pretty quick on a lot of their RMAs that are sent in.

My experience is direct support with Sager not the best. But they seem to respond to resellers. So even though I can buy from SagerNotebook, I'll be sticking with resellers if I buy another Clevo.
