    the p151hm1 has a plastic finish and the p150hm has a rubberized finish...personally i dont care about the case finish, i just want them to build it and ship it

    Ordered from malibal, was processed on the 3rd, still waiting on shipment. I contacted them today and they said there was a delay due to part shortage, and to expect shipment sometime next week. So if that projection is correct, my order will have taken 9-14 business days to ship out.

    Hehe, that is nothing compared to the 1+ month delay a lot of folks (myself included) had to endure after the apocalyptic flood of orders they had to deal with on Black Friday and Cyber Monday. Rest assured, it's worth it. :)

    Bah, I ordered mine 5165 from reflex on the 20th of Dec and its not going to ship until the 19th due to shortages and delay's on Sager's part appearantly. Not happy. Itll be at least 5 weeks by the time I get it.

    5 is pretty damn close to unacceptable in my books. I dont quite understand how you people seem to be waiting a lot less, next time I may have to considering buying from the States (which is more hassel me being canadian and all)

    I am also a Canadian and ordered from MALIBAL. They have an office in Ontario where they deal with parts.

    My laptop got shipped out 1 day after being charged. And took 1 day to arrive.

    About my order, it was done after a week...during christmas rush!

    Sent the 3rd of January...and i m still waiting it. (14th of january).

    I m living in Peru so i guess it's normal...but it's strange that the laptop is staying somewhere in Peru since the 1/09 and don't move/change status in the USPS tracking system...

    I m a bit worried...and crazy with this waiting time!!!!!

    Well, i suppose that the number i ve put on the order form is the same as they would use, isn't it? I tryied to contact them by e-mail, but i didn't find. I call them (in US) and the girl didn't have more infos about what's going on in Peru's territory...

    So i m waiting there call...or mail...

    is it just the 5165 Sager thats been delayed. My email said screen and chassis so I assume its not just my matte screen but that could be contributing to it.

    I hope you didn't choose UPS standard. If you wanted cheaper shipping, USPS is much better.

    UPS standard to eastern part of Canada from where Malibal is located should take 4 - 5 business days plus ridiculous custom fees ( called brokerage fee). The brokerage fee on UPS standard is so high that it makes sense to go with Expedited and higher.

    If you chose USPS, it should take 5 - 6 days or so without UPS brokerage fee. You will be charged tax plus a small handling fee.

    Np, I learned the hard way many years ago.

    For me, as far as international shipping is concerned, UPS has no standard. I will choose expedited at least. UPS standard + brokerage fee = Expedited + much slower transit time. lol

    FYI, USPS also charges handling fee of about 18 CAD for importing items only if they inspect your shipment. Otherwise, just duty tax. Which means they might harm your shipment in progress. UPS custom doesn't inspect their shipments unless it's classified as hazard or it's missing documents.

    overall ~2weeks. i ordered right before the new years holiday, the same time xotic pc were moving . the building time was less than 4 days. i had to wait and extra week to ship it to their place at Neberaska because i wanted to avoid the hefty California tax.


    off topic: ive been playing skyrim for an hour on ultra and it runs very smooth.=) It is still very cool.. im impressed.
