Looking for a portable PC could run AAA games on FHD medium-high quality. How much money should I invest. Not going to be obsolete in 2 years, and up gradable. Stay in the trend of FHD high graphic sets. Could I upgrade 980m to next gen graphics? Or no laptop is a good invest ATM?

If you are looking for something that is going to be upgradable, you would need to look at the P750DM or P770DM (Sager NP9758 or NP9778). Those are the only Clevo models with an upgradable graphics card. They also have a desktop processor on them as well. They are a step up in price compared to another model, like the p650rg / p670rg (NP8658 or NP8678) though. With the upgradable graphics on the 750/770dm models, its going to still be a while before any new generation of GPU is out. I would think there might be an upgradable card, but couldn't guarantee that they would still use the same MXM style cards in the future though.

I think if you got a model with a 980m in it though, you would still probably be good a couple years out. Even a model with a 970m would still be solid for gaming over that time frame probably.

As for timing, there are going to be some models out soonish with the 980 desktop card or 980m SLI, but again that is looking to be a sizable jump up in price though. I don't think it is a bad time to buy, as it looks like it is going to be a while before you see any type of models being refreshed, since it just happened with Skylake processors.

I agree with where pat is pointing you to. Ultimately the right amount to spend is an amount that you can afford. While there will always be new tech coming out, purchasing now would land you at the start of skylake, and possibly the start of the GTX 980 if you go that route, so I think it's a pretty good time if you are for sure looking in the next 6 months.

as Pat and Mr. Alex recommended, your best bet right now is the Clevo P750DM-G or P770DM-G if you want a desktop CPU + a 980M or the latest Clevo P870DM-G which is the same laptop as the P770DM-G but with the option to have either a desktop 980 (not M version) which gives much higher performance or even go dual 980M in SLI mode for even more performance. The sky is the limit with these machines, you can always buy a base model and then upgrade or add components as you have more money.

The beauty of these laptops is they also come with amazing storage and memory options with two M.2 slots and two 2.5" HDD/SSD bays and up to 64GB of DDR4 Ram.

Upgrade potential is undetermined until a refresh comes about. Laptops are a fine investment! As Pat mentioned, however, keep in mind that many notebooks use soldered/surface mounted components. If you want any potential for upgrades, go for a system that has modular hardware, such as a P750DM or a P770DM, or the newer P870DM.

I would get a solid system based on what you want now. Upgrading is not guaranteed, but a 980M based system now is going to have a LOT of legs in 1080p gaming.
