A while back I called Sager and asked if they could get my laptop to me faster than any of the "Say-ger" resellers, and before he answered the question, he corrected me by saying: "it's Say-jer, not Say-ger!" LOL, I though that was funny.

When I called up PowerNotebooks tech support, they pronounced it "Say - jer" - the "jer" like in Jerry. Before that I always pronounced it "say - ger".
-
I still think its Say Jer Ky
-
Sager themselves pronounce it "Say-jer," so we can pretty much say that's the official pronunciation
-
On Portuguese(my homeland language) will be something like "Sá - ger" from [Sa]lt and [Ger]man.
-
Really? I didn't realize that Portuguese had soft "G" sound. Learn something new every day
-
gi like [Gi]n an ge like [Ge]rmany.
if you want the real "G" just add an U like [Gui]llotin.
French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, all latin origin...
EDIT: BTW the Portugueses were the ones that discovered north and south america in 1424. -
