    Have everything else on my 8170 i'm about to order but can't decide if i should upgrade my screen to the AUO B173HW01 V.4 90% NTSC Glossy Display for $200 or upgrade the cpu to i7-2760QM for $160.00.

    Going to mainly be using it for gaming/movies which is why I'm going to go with the glossy screen.

    Going with the 6990, 8gb 1333, and 120gb intel 510 as well.

    Also, can someone tell me why the upgrade from the i7 2630qm to the 2760qm on mythlogic is only $24.64 but the same upgrade on malibal and xotic is $160? Am i missing something there?

    1.) go with the screen upgrade. You don't need the 2760QM upgrade for gaming and watching movies.
    2.) The upgrades on mythlogic are cheaper because the base price is more expensive.
