My Sli Gpu temps are fine but my 7700k cpu temp is running way to hot to the point where my laptop reboots or shuts down. Temps are reaching 93C +
Forgot to mention everything is stock no overclocks what so ever.

    Any ideas would be welcome

Undervolting (Intel XTU) might help. Did you have us upgrade the thermal compound for you, or have you done so yourself? (If not, that might help by a few degrees, depending on the paste.)

Depending on your environment & upkeep so far, the fans and heatsinks might need blown out, also.

If you want a serious temperature reduction, the only way is to delid the CPU. Putting the fans on overclock mode and undervolting with XTU will help quite a bit though.

Delidding can result in a pretty dramatic drop, just bear in mind how involved it is and that any damages will affect any remaining warranty. :vboops:
