So yeah, the "I" key on my Sager NP2090 is busted, which is weird because I hardly use the keyboard (I have a wireless set attached). I only noticed it today when it looked uneven from the rest of the keys. Heres some pictures of it:

I bought the NP2090 back in August from XoticPC.com so I'm guess it should still be covered under the 1st years warranty, right? But I probably won't be doing it until the summer (depending on how long it takes to get fixed) since I need the laptop for school.

usually you can just pop the key all the way off, and then pop it back on. Try to wiggle and move it around to get it to fit back. On my old Sony VAIO PCG-K33 (2yrs ago) my "." and "G" key both popped off. I just kinda pushed them back in as I said. Try that. If not, warranty will cover that.

you can ask for a keyboard replacement if the key cannot be re-secured.

nah, I tried fixing the button, but i think the tiny clips are broken, can't tell but i don't think it's fixable.
i'll try contacting xoticpc for a keyboard replacement then.
