    1)

Event filter with query "SELECT * FROM __InstanceModificationEvent WITHIN 60 WHERE TargetInstance ISA "Win32_Processor" AND TargetInstance.LoadPercentage > 99" could not be reactivated in namespace "//./root/CIMV2" because of error 0x80041003. Events cannot be delivered through this filter until the problem is corrected.

Are either of these issues causing instability? Most of these errors can be safely ignored--they are simply windows recording errors often caused by driver errors.

You can try rebuilding the WMI repository, if you like

Start, click All Programs, click Accessories, right-click Command Prompt, and then click "Run as administrator".

Type this command and press Enter:

    net stop winmgmt

Using Windows Explorer, rename the folder %windir%\System32\Wbem\Repository. (For example, %windir%\System32\Wbem\Repository_bad). %windir% represents the path to the Windows directory, which is typically C:\Windows.

Switch to Command Prompt window, and type the following and press ENTER after each line:

    net start winmgmt

    EXIT

    Restart
