I'm using Vista 64-bit, and I get the update in Windows Update. The official update:
    Code:
Realtek - Network - Realtek RTL8168B/8111B Family PCI-E GBE NIC

    Download size: 148 KB

You may need to restart your computer for this update to take effect.

    Update type: Optional

DriverUpdate: Realtek Network software update released in February, 2009

It fails every time I try to install. Any ideas?

it is an older driver windows update is trying to give you.... you must already have a driver newer to the one that windows update is giving you....

this is normal... anyways never update any driver from windows update....
