I finally after much thought, real life stuff and shopping chose the following machine from xoticpc. 3

    Sager NP8150 / Clevo P150HM
Display: 15.6" FHD 16:9 "Matte Type" Super Clear Ultra Bright LED Anti-Glare Screen w/ 95% NTSC Color Gamut
    Processor: 2nd Generation Intel® Core™ i7-2760QM, 2.4-3.5GHz, (32nm, 6MB L3 cache)
Thermal Compound: -Stock OEM Thermal Compound
    Graphics Video Card: ATI Mobility Radeon™ HD6990 2048MB PCI-Express GDDR5 DX11
    Ram: 8GB - DDR3 1333MHz Dual Channel Memory (4 SODIMMS)
    Primary Hard Drive: 500GB 7200RPM (Serial-ATA II 300 - 16MB Cache)
Optical Drive Bay: Combo Dual Layer SuperMulti DVDRW/CDRW Drive w/ Software
    Wireless Network: Intel® Ultimate-N 6300 - 802.11A/B/G/N Wireless LAN Module
    Operating system: None

All the vendors were great and answered my questions, in the end chose xotic due to the fact I would not have to pay sales tax. I had looked at asus and msi's offerings as well, due to stopping at fry's electronics but decided to go the clevo route instead.

Unless you are planning to re-paste it yourself later on you may find it helpful for temperatures to upgrade the thermal paste with the 6990m. Enjoy your system regardless :)

I do not know of ANY reseller that charges tax unless you live in the state they are in. :)

I plan to re-paste it myself, however I am thinking of doing a review before repasting just to show the difference. I have artic silver 5 that i've used when building desktops or fixing friends computers.

I am in nevada and like 3 of the retailers are here that post.

I finally got my machine last night after venturing forth to the ups customer center after the truck returned there at 630pm. The UPS men are very stealthy and no one saw or heard him as he came to the door. Mind you I had not expected the package Friday, but i got an email from xotic that sager shipped it out Thursday night. I got up to the pleasant surprise of checking the ups website and seeing it was already out for delivery. I plan to write up a review in a few days. Installing everything was very smooth and imaging the system went well as well, despite being distracted by playing a beta of people wielding laserswords on my other computer(I look forward to try the beta on this machine now)

Review is going to be delayed a bit, ran into an issue with my laptop and had to send it in. It ran really great but noticed a white/light spot on the screen when the background was light. Was a pain to try to take a picture of and not sure what it was(seen stuck, dead, scratches and light spots that appeared on dark screens). Also had another minor issue that I was going to try to figure out myself where my hdtv would make a buzzing noise when used dvi to hdmi from the computer to the tv along with a stereo cable but only when I had the laptop plugged in, running on battery it worked fine.
